Rudy’s Taxi Services was absolutely outstanding during our 6-day trip. From the very beginning, when I sent Rudy our itinerary, he made sure every detail was handled. He coordinated with his team to ensure every pickup and drop-off happened on time, and he even checked in with me daily — sometimes multiple times a day — to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thank God we booked Rudy’s Taxi Services because there is no way we could have handled those hills… lol! Our primary driver, Q, took exceptional care of my mom and me. Q wasn’t just our driver — at times he felt like our security guard and protector, if needed. He always greeted us with a smile, and he was so knowledgeable about his country that you couldn’t help but embrace SXM with pride. The vans were always clean and comfortable, which made every ride pleasant and relaxing. When Q wasn’t available, Tyrone stepped in with the same professionalism and reliability. He was laid back and chill, yet very knowledgeable about the island. He offered great feedback and insight, and we truly appreciated his calm and friendly approach. Rudy’s team truly goes above and beyond. We are incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and will absolutely use them again on our next visit! Big Up Rudy, Q and Tyrone. Family for life!
